- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup condensed milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/4 teaspoon saffron
- 1/4 teaspoon rose water
- Faluda Noodles:
- 1/4 cup faluda noodles
- Toppings:
- Crushed ice
- Rose syrup
- Almonds, chopped
- Pistachios, chopped
- Basil seeds (sabja seeds)
- Gulkand (rose petal jam)
